COOKING EGGPLAN PARMIGIANA

  • Please remove the plastic cover from the foil lasagna container before cooking. Doink!

  • Pre heat the oven to 350 f.

    Bake at 360 for 20-30mins with no cover.

    When the dish is bubbling and the top layer of cheese begins to have some dark spots (looks like leopard spots), it’s ready.

    Let cool for 5-10mins, cut into pieces and wolf down like a maniac.

  • If you like a crispier exterior, after baking use the broiler.

    Turn broiler on high and leave the tray of eggplant parmigiana in for other 2-5mns. Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.
