Notes For This Week

• If you like onions, I strongly recommend trying the onion ragu. It’s doesn’t receive the love and fame that’s reserved for filled pasta or ragu Bolognese. But it’s a delicious, unsung meal that does not disappoint.

• I’m in talks with a few delivery services and I’m hoping to have a delivery option set-up in one to two weeks from now. Stay tuned.

• Please forgive the lack of photos on two dishes this week. The recipes are well tested. Taking photos of food is new for me. tend not to have proper photos of recipes, unless I made a batch in the last 2 weeks.
